It was quite obvious that Abba set us up on a purpose driven quest filled numerous adventure of faith and bliss & in spite of all you have stayed resolute and spirited. The oil never staled and the wine stayed fresh.

CONNECTING WITH MEN... THE RIGHT WAY!
It's not every time that the use money can be your access to Men of God.
Hear me!
You may have desired or still desiring to connect with a man or the grace he carries and of a truth it's a worthy thing to do as it can provide the platform for a needed intervention or boost one's encounter. You may have tried many things but going about it through the means of lobbying either by money or manipulation is very wrong.
I'll show you a more acceptable way.... Prayer!
Know this that it is God that is the ultimate umpire in advancing your destiny and as such he has positioned the right men that you need for the journey on this side of your pilgrimage. Not every man no matter how anointed they are can be that man for you. You must make contact with the grace that has been designed to impact you. Hence, prayer is your own contribution that delivers this connection. As you begin to pray, God will orchestrate means that will make it possible for the meet to happen and this not induced but divinely set up and organic.
Stop the lobbying or patronising men with money as not every minister is covetous, and this may put you in bad light before them.
There is a God that locates, lifts up and provides the platform for you to stand before kings. Your access is PRAYER!
"And Saul sent to Jesse, saying, Let David, I pray thee, stand before me; for he hath found favour in my sight."
(1 Samuel 16:22)

Prayer, a journey of dealings π₯

The rejoicing of any land can only happen when the burning ones choose to align with God and arise. (JN5:35)
The reason why dead men will not remain dead is only because the living has chosen not to live.
The present shaking in the land is a sign of a movement in the spirit realm. But if we miss this sign and not maximise it & grant it the required platform to find expression, we will WAIT FOR LONG.
One of the trademarks of men that do business in the immortal plane is desire, an unquenchable desire for deeper spiritual encounters. The clockwork of your ordination is not only tied to time but also on ur desire. Our radicalisation must as a matter of necessity take the same shape.
If you will be fake, remain fake, I chose to be real. (Zech3:1-3) Your shape in the spirit realm is the only ground the devil can stand on to resist you.
Lord am tired of the status quo, SET ME ON FIRE. Men that their sole aim of being alive & burning desire is for Jesus to be made king in their time.
As Men of issachar that understood the times and knew what Israel ought to do, Lord may we not miss this move.
Let's prophetically declare a new season over the spiritual climate of our Nation and Territories.

THERE'S NO REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY! (PART 2)
The Matter Of Guilt!
As we advance in this teaching, Let's pause as we go through the possible reasons why the possibility of the sense of guilt remaining after we have prayed & confessed severally.
We said...
1. They not being able to forgive themselves
2. The fear that the act might be repeated
The third addition to these two above is...
3. The consequence of an oppressive spirit.
When you read the story for the prodigal son in Luke 15:18, there were 4 stages of that culminated in his realization of his situation that parted the way for his recovery.
1. The famine (vs14)
2. The Servitude (vs15)
3. The Hunger (vs16)
4. The Realisation (vs17)
This realisation was not in his ability to argue out a reason to survive in his father's estate, it was an acceptance of his waywardness, the guilt, and his willingness to repent.
"I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,"
It was in verse 18, he arrived at the position of the guilt stemming from Godly repentance for he now realised that he has SINNED, hence the guilt position.
What started as a venture to prove a point, has ended in a heart rending.
Notice that his decision to repent and retrace his steps didn't start on the day the excesses of his allotted inheritance was exhausted. He lingered in a foreign land, though empty, exhausted, a servant, a pig herder, and worse off... A begger!
Why did he continue in this appalling position despite the prevailing inhumane circumstances, the answer is GUILT!
It comes with shame...
How do I go back and face my father, my family and friends that knew who I used to be? He couldn't bring himself to doing it.
His guilt denied him of a sense of reason. It became so oppressive that he did all to avoid that face off home.
A far country has now even been made farther... The long dreaded journey back home!!!
Guilt can become oppressive depending on the rootcause and how long it has held sway.
How many have found themselves in this same scenario and has allowed themselves to bury their heads under this weight. A lot have lived in pretense for years, patching the cracks along the way. Some have adjusted to living the passive way, not minding the resultant effect.
The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear? (Proverbs 18:14)
THE WAY OUT!
To deal with this, you will need to employ these three things,
*Always cleanse and guard your mind
In the prodigal son's story, the father's first major act was to remove his son's garments (vs22). Why?? He's covering mattered and needed to be changed. The change of garments is symbolic of a change from shame to acceptance and royalty.
What are you covered in?
Most oppressions take advantage of what has been stored on the mind. Pictures, fantasies, memories, etc can form storage base for the enemy to exploit. Get rid of any related materials or persons that are suggestive of these and keep yourself pure. Be conscious, disciplined and diligent.
"Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life" (Prov4:23, NLT)
*You must become saturated with the word of God.
"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Rom10:17)
*Become more aggressive with the devil.
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James4:7)
We shall be dealing with the topic of Resisting the Devil in a subsequent teaching.

There is no reverse psychology!
There were things we did for pleasure in times past, but now they have been formed as a habit and has become a bondage in our lives.
We must note that though some processes in the natural run serially in their delivery, spiritual things are very much different in operation. Hence, assuming a reverse mindset, ie "serially" in nature, may not be necessarily the solution.
Let's take the example of a sinful habit formed over time that seems to surmount all efforts, though it started with a desire (pleasure), it will be unproductive to think changing your desires overnight corrects the problem.
So what do I need to do for the above?
A lot of people struggle with this and either has chosen to live with it not because they now enjoy it but mostly because they can't seem to engage the required result.
Firstly, it is important and paramount to REPENT thoroughly over the situation and find forgiveness with God. By doing this mercy and grace is supplied to aid us.
"He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: But whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. Happy is the man that feareth alway: But he that hardeneth his heart shall fall into mischief". (Proverbs 28:13-17 KJV)
It is possible for some to still have the element of guilt after several acts of repentance, this might be as a result of the following...
1. They not being able to forgive themselves
2. The fear that the act might be repeated
If these are your situation, you can do the following....
*You might sustain the POSTURE of penitence (maybe with a form of fast), until the weight lifts within.
*CONFIDE, in a more mature person (a leader, mentor, pastor) who can encourage, counsel and pray with you over the issue. But more importantly it can serve as an accountability partner who will guide and support you through it.
*Build your faith by meditating and rehearsing the word of God over the situation until it gets a grip over your spirit and mind.
