It is with deep sorrow that I need to share with everyone that the gun community has lost someone special last week. Koy Sauer who you may have known as GarageGunzSC passed away last Tuesday, March 19th at his home. Koy lived an amazing life, he was a staff sergeant in the US Air Force and participated in many deployments including Operation Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom and Spartan Shield. He was an amazing rifleman who won many long range shooting competitions and was in the process of running his own firearms store and shooting range at the time of his passing. I met Koy many years ago when he starting posting comments and feedback on my YT videos as well as participating in the live chat discussions that we hosted on my podcasts and the podcasts of many others in the gun community. I never met Koy in person but I was friends with him on Facebook and Instagram and I was able to message him when I had a question about setting up my rifles and he always responded with the chat eventually leading to discussions on guns, ammo and cars. I am going to post a link to his funeral information and where the family would like memorials and donations to be sent. I never asked him about his personal life but I do know that he had a son and two daughters. The picture that I am posting of Koy is how I am going to remember him.
