I was going for a walk on Crystal Bay Beach this morning and struck up a conversation with a nice retired couple Pauline & Steve from South Wales.
It just so happens they've been watching my YouTube channel since the beginning, visiting Thailand for 22 years, now retired in their 60s, and enjoying Koh Samui for a few weeks.
I must say it's always fun having conversations and learning from people with more experience than me and I always enjoy inspiring others to escape the rat race and live on their own terms. Never give up!

Heartbreaking news today in Thailand ๐๐ข
A tragic loss of life for 25 young ones. A stark reminder that we can lose any of our loved ones in the blink of an eye. Rest in peace little ones...
You'll be forever young ๐ซโค๏ธ๐

I can now sell my digital products directly from within the YouTube suggested videos feed using FourthWall app. Pretty nifty if you ask me! ๐

What a relief to be back in Koh Samui after 3 weeks of traveling around Thailand ๐กโค๏ธ๐น๐ญ

It's been quite an interesting day to say the least...
Currently typing this from my hostel in Bangkok.
Turns out I missed my flight back to Koh Samui ๐๏ธ
Direct flights to the island are always expensive since Bangkok Airways has a monopoly.
The cheapest flight is around 5,000 Baht or $150 one-way! Almost the same price to Kuala Lumpur.
It's about 50% cheaper if you have the Samui Resident Card but I'm not so lucky unfortunately.
So rather than booking a later flight today on AirAsia and staying overnight on the mainland...
I decided to stay one more night in Bangkok just a stone's throw away from Don Mueang Airport.
Besides, I have to be up early in the morning at 6am to catch my connecting flight to Krabi โ๏ธ
Airfare was only 1,000 Baht or roughly $30 one-way
They have a new international airport I hear is quite nice and I wanna finally check it out.
Krabi is also quite beautiful so perhaps I'll stay one night in Ao Nang, but probably not.
I decided to check into a cheap hostel for 350 Baht or $10 since I'm only staying for half a day.
Thankfully, the staff is very friendly (TIT) and I have the entire place to myself.
It's not all bad since this will give me extra time in the city to build my website on the new laptop.
Let's hope I don't miss my next flight tomorrow...
