Happy Valentine's Day you ๐ŸŒผ

Rather celebrating a happily ever after that has been sold to us on the rate of Kilogram since forever I would celebrate it as a day of love, love in every shape, size & form!

If you don't have a partner, broken heart or not have big ass Galentine plans showcased over reels, Its okay!

The love & happiness that you're seeking from external world is already inside of you!
Embrace it, cherish it & relish it today & EVERYDAY
There would be people who are in a relationship still feels lonely & unhappy,
Few being married still relying upon their partners for romantic gestures!
Singles sulking in the corner!

Why would you wish to throw your reason of being happy on someone else's shoulder?

At the end of the day it's you who's gonna feel those feelings inside and not someone elseโ€™s!

Finding yourself mindless scrolling all throughout the day?

This post is for you then!

1. Use TBT (Time block technique) :
For next 25 minutes you're going to focus only on reading this book, exercising, watching TV, eating meals.

2. Do circadian fasting :
I'm a fitness nerd so won't keep myself out from adding an example of human body along.

As per studies it's advisable we finish our dinner by sunset & avoid consuming till sunrise.
That's what we call "Circadian fasting"

The same we can apply for Social Media too!

3.Do not feed your dopamine circuits :
When we indulge into reels,youtube videos it Releases feel good dopamine & you tend to see the next one and one more and one more.

You tend to open it in between your work knowing the fact that looking at that dog video won't magically minimize your misery.

Keep a track of your Social media activity & make sure you take breaks on day to day basis,
Complete break on weekly & monthly basis!
