We combine yoga movement and mindfulness with educational discovery of fascinating places and people. Each episode includes a movement warm up, discovery destination for inspiration, and a short yoga sequence ending with a mindful moment.
Created by Corrina Crade and starring Patrick Cunningham, Pogie the Yogie is designed for kids to have fun, move their bodies, and get to know their minds. Corrina and Patrick are married with three kids. Patrick has been teaching yoga for years and, during the start of the pandemic, Corrina was a stay at home mom with two toddlers searching for something like this. When she couldn't find anything her kids liked, she said to Patrick, "I have an idea..."
