And the Network Tutorials are BACK!

Hey folks, I was finally able to find some down and put together some network tutorials this week going over a few security concepts.

Let me know in the comments if there’s any how-to tutorials, or network concept breakdowns you’d be interested in seeing on the channel in the near future.

Most recent tutorial: How to configure Router on a Stick on a Juniper SRX

Hey folks! 🌟 Apologies for not posting tech tutorials recently because I've been super busy with work. Tonight, I'll be dropping an incredible video that will teach you how to configure your Juniper router as a Stateful DHCPv6 Server! I hope you find it helpful! 😃

Sharing this WIN with the YouTube community!

I failed the JNCIE 5 times and I've enjoyed it

Starting to see what they mean by "fall in love with the process" ❤️🔄.

Out of all the emotions I imagined feeling after passing the JNCIE…

being SAD sure wasn't one of them

…And yet I feel as if I've lost a loved one 💔

For the past two years this test has been my companion 🤝

My challenger for continual improvement

My own metric for personal and career growth

Despite the negative feelings that came with failing

I made it a goal to always takeaway something positive from each attempt

On my 1st attempt - I learned the importance of exposure
>It's a must to get a familiar with the actual test environment

On my 2nd attempt - I learned to never celebrate to early
>Don't let what you think you know justify you not preparing

On my 3rd attempt - I learned the need to practice with intensity
>Practice completing tasks under stress (time yourself)

On my 4th attempt - I learned the importance of strategy
>Develop a plan/workflow that enables you to be efficient

On my 5th attempt - I learned to aim for 100% completion
>Aim to complete the entire exam, not just the primary sections.

On my 6th attempt - I learned that "you are what you pursue relentlessly"
>Adopt the mindset that you will persist until you succeed and you will achieve your goal 🏆

Reflection:

Use any certification or challenge you're facing as a tool to evaluate where you currently are and the necessary changes required to reach your goal :)

Shoutout to Juniper Networks for such an in depth study bundle.
Shoutout to my manager Joseph for supporting my JNCIE journey.
Shoutout to Ogechi for previously sharing his JNCIE journey on YouTube.
Shoutout to Stefan, Ivan, Jörg and Ayman for being my amazing proctors.
Shoutout to Knox Hutchinson for creating some incredible DC material over at CBT Nuggets.

Just realized my audio 🎧for the previous videos on this channel is off 🤦🏿‍♂️. So if I sound different in upcoming videos its because that's what I actually sound like 🗣️ 😅.
