One (if not the biggest) reason holding back most climbers from reaching the next level is Lack of Knowledge. Not only from a technique standpoint but also from a physical one.
Should I be able to do a one arm pull up?
How much weight should I add to my hangs?
What should I do to keep on improving?
I think the only way to SOLVE this at a big scale is to do something like Lattice and have a big database of info and how X physical/technical attribute connects with Y grade.
I've always been interested but never knew enough people until now... (There's 6k of you now π€―)

It's been 290 days since the first video went live and I can't believe how it's changed my life. I've been able to meet so many incredible people and even climb with a ton of you!
Subscribers feel a bit like grades, if you focus on it you'll be having a horrible experience, but when you hit an "important" milestone you gotta celebrate the progress π₯³
