Heres my PERSONAL & 100% HONEST opinions on Boys Planet currently.

1. Jiwoong doesnt deserve such high rankings (especially not top 3) after just speaking a few seconds and flashing his abs in Backdoor performance. (even if he has a long training period, he hasnt shown anything to be in top9 tbh) (update: i saw ep 6 n again.. jiwoong just “spoke” his idk 5 secs line)
2. If Mnet really wanted to create a global group they wouldnt have made the votes 50% korean fans. I've seen the comments they made about the first elimination round and its sumn like "pls choose better visuals" " get the chinese out of top9" etc; so yeah, these are the ppl whos gna have more prioritized votes above the global fans.
3. Lee Daeul shouldnt have ranked higher than ppl like Haruto, Kum Junhyeon, Zihao etc; like HUHHH????
4. I URGE fans to prioritize G trainees. You've seen how bias the live audience is with visuals especially K trainees.
5. LMR G group should have won. Wumuti did the intro line better than Hanbin (my opinion) and just like what the vocal trainer said, G feels more like a team. Hui was bound to win against Jay even if he fcked up the high note cuz he's literally had 10 years to build a fanbase. 160+ : 66 is very obv biased cuz i felt like Jay's one feels less strained and scratching his voice made the adlibs so much better.
6. I dont think Hui shld be in there at all. Sure Mnet needs a storyline but is Mattbin's friendship story not interesting enough. He could go on there as a vocal coach and its just weird for a 30y/o to be debuting with people half his age (assuming Yujin debuts, he's like 16). The way he added the extraness to Love me Right vocal parts also just doesnt sit right with me, he's a producer yet didnt realise the note didnt fit the song. His dancing also isnt up to par with the other current top9 and most definitely 4th gen boygrps. From what I notice, he's only getting screentime because Mnet's always showing Hanbin n he's always beside him talking nonstop.
7. Yujin, Jiwoong, Gyuvin need an extra year of training or so. Everyone in top9 hv dual position (Keita even 3- all rounder, Jay dances relatively well for a non dance position) except them. Yujin n Gyuvin can dance really well but we saw how much they struggled to sing the signal song (standing still!!) n well jiwoong-- point number 1. (update: i saw ep 6,,, what even was gyuvin & jiwoong’s lines?? seowon n matthew hard carried the vocals and the other 2 just “spoke???”)
8. I lovelovelove the friendships crumbs we're getting- Haobin, Gunwook n Hwanhee, Keita n Zihao, Ricky n Yujin

K: S.hanbin, P.hanbin, Kum Junhyeon
G: Keita, Matthew, Zhanghao, Zihao, Haruto,
- i dont hv a 9th pick but wouldnt mind: Jay, Taerae, Yujin, Ricky, Gunwook, Seowon, Hwanhee
