Losing weight and keeping it off isn’t easy, but neither is being overweight and out of shape. I know, because I’ve been there. Hey yall this is Venessa (AKA, Coach V). In 2016 I reached my heaviest weight of 232 lbs. I started having gastrointestinal issues with really bad acid reflux. My joints constantly ached from the added weight. I felt tired all the time. I did not feel my best; I did not look my best. After a visit with my doctor and an extremely blunt comment from her, I decided to get it together and start my weight loss journey.
Over a course of four years, I lost almost 100 lbs, turned my weight loss journey into a healthy lifestyle, and now I am a certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, and weight loss coach.
