The Unveiling of Imma on this Feast Day of the Immaculate Conception! She will help us on our pilgrimage to heaven as we enter into the Jubilee Year of 2025! Her Imma-culate heart will triumph!
She wears blue because for the people of Israel blue brings to mind the following of God’s Commandments, as opposed to a person’s selfish will. It is a sign of obedience. Blue is also a sign of royal status. Additionally, Numbers indicated that “the Levites are to ‘spread over [the Ark of the Covenant] a cloth all of blue’ (4:6). And further: ‘And over the table of the bread of the Presence they shall spread a cloth of blue’ (4:7).”
Mary is traditionally referred to as the new Ark of the Covenant, as she held within herself the Divine Presence of God. Blue in iconography represents transcendence, mystery, and the divine. It is the color of the sky and as a result is viewed as a heavenly color.
She has a white garment as a sign of her purity. In her eyes glimmer the consecrated hosts of her Divine Son Jesus. In the center of her chest is a drawing made by Sr. Charista Maria years ago that is now the LOGO of MOME that contains the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary with the Eucharist in the center.
Imma carries a different kind of pilgrim's staff, a crosier, which represents her authority as Queen of heaven and earth. She carries a rosary in her right hand as she always reminds us to pray and meditate on the life of Christ daily. She stands on the head of satan as we hear in Genesis 3:15 "I will put enmities between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: she shall crush thy head, and thou shalt lie in wait for her heel."
Imma, (Mary), will help us on our pilgrimage to heaven as she is the ultimate pilgrim!

Missionaries of Our Mother of the Eucharist is a 501c non-profit corporation.
We are Catholic Diocescan Hermits and Lay people are involved in this ministry as well, according to each of their vocations. Our mission is to help foster an "anchoring on" within the Church, to the "two pillars of devotion to the Eucharist and Mary," as expressed in the famous dream of St. John Bosco. This mission begins primarily with ourselves and then branches out in ministry to others.
