My name is Casper Rolsted, , I'm a Danish visual artist and timelapse expert.
Some films are amazing because they show us the world in a way we all recognize. Others are amazing because they capture the world like we’ve never seen it. My work focuses on the second category. To bring things we normally see as static into life and to show our world from new perspectives. I use timelapse and aerial photography to lift the constraints of time and space and thereby create a profoundly transformative experience for the viewer. To fully capture the authentic atmosphere I combine the visuals with detailed soundscapes.
The goal of my work with timelapse photography is to inspire people to follow their passion and to help them expand their consciousness to the beauty around them.
