Warning; long, sappy love declaration-based post ahead!
I needed to take some time to find the right words for this post, as it's hard to express all the different emotions I feel looking back on the last months. Almost 2 weeks have passed since the end of the Halo North American tour together with @amorphisofficial , UADA and Hoaxed. This tour was an absolutely incredible experience for us, taking us on a journey across the whole of the United States, with a little stop in Canada as well. Our very first meeting with the North American fans was nothing but wonderful, and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your incredible warmth and enthusiasm. Every night, it was a pleasure to play music for you and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better welcome.... ❤
Not only were we overwhelmed by the support of the North American audience, as well as the beauty of the nature we drove thru on this tour, but to take this ride with such passionate, talented, lovely people was a true gift. It was an honor to share the stage with our new friends in Amorphis, UADA and Hoaxed every day, and we honestly feel very lucky to have had such a caring and inspiring tour family alongside us for our very first journey in this new territory. Everyone on stage and off stage are fantastic human beings, that we have immense appreciation for.
I also want to mention the best ever crew that made my music come to life on stage, with my partner in crime Dorian Mansiaux on drums, dearest Maxime Mouquet on bass, sweetest Florian Ehrenberg on guitar and the best driver in the world; Tim Carson. Big shoutout to the greatest record label @seasonofmist too for making this whole thing possible, as well as Nick at AGI. I couldn't have done any of this without you and am full of gratitude and love for all of you taking these steps with me ❤ Dream team!
Ok, before this gets even more out of hand I will just end this rant by saying; thank you to everyone involved in this amazing tour; on stage, off stage, audience, local crew, booking agencies and record labels alike. You made this first one a very special one for us, making memories we'll treasure for years and years to come. We love you and hope to be back in North America again in the future ❤ Lovefest over and out!

Continuing to share clips from the little mini-series I've created around the making of "Nova", highlighting all the wonderful people who were involved in this project. Today we have the utmost pleasure to hear from Jesse Daubertes; one half of the French illustration powerhouse Førtifem. It was never even a question for me involving Førtifem in the making of "Nova", as I had been so happy with our previous collaborations for "Wistful" and "Atoms Aligned, Coming Undone". When they accepted to be a part of this project, I was beyond thrilled to have some of their magic on this highly personal record of mine. Jesse's work on the graphics and layout of "Nova", the logo "facelift", the t-shirt design and the poster for the upcoming European "Nova" tour all fit the music perfectly, proving once again just how attentive and wonderfully talented he is as an artist.

Time keeps escaping me, but I just realized it's already been 2 weeks since "Nova" was released into the world.... 2 weeks..!! I want to sincerely thank every single one of you out there who has taken the time to listen to my personal story and for all the positivity, warmth and love you have sent me since the release. Seeing the way you have connected with this album and reading all of your words about it touches my heart like nothing else, really. Thank you all so much <3 I really can't wait to meet you on the road during this year

Ambient, "wall-of-sound" landscapes, with a focus on beautiful melodies and atmospheres, yet with a solid groove rooted in rock. The music and lyrics are inspired by life as a being in constant conflict with oneself, haunted by numerous emotions that never will be laid to rest. Sylvaine is my outlet for all these emotions and is a way of processing every aspect of life, allowing me to deal with matters that otherwise would be suppressed. 6th record "Eg Er Framand" out March 22nd 2024!
