I recently presented on the Ubuntu philosophy with a wonderful group, emphasizing the importance of fostering belonging and embracing our collective responsibility to uphold dignity and worth within our community through support and communication. Our session was dynamic and interactive, featuring introductions, heartfelt exchanges, physical gestures like fist bumps, hugs, and handshakes, and a dedicated 10-minute active listening session. It was an enriching experience of connection and empowerment for all involved.
I'm feeling incredibly blessed today and every day! π I have someone truly special in my life who fills my days with love, support, and endless smiles. It's a beautiful reminder of how a joyful life can be.

The students found the presentation valuable and expressed a desire for more such sessions, particularly appreciating the interactive nature where they were encouraged to reflect on their own circumstances. Recognizing the importance of meeting students where they are, I advocate for tailoring presentations to engage them in meaningful conversations about their personal experiences and needs.
