ATL is a work space where young minds can give shape to their ideas through hands on do-it-yourself mode and learn innovation skills. In continuation to the monthly ATL workshop series, the December month ATL workshop sessions were organized from 26th - 28th December 2022 at Kothari International School Noida in collaboration with STEMROBO.
Grade 4 & 5 attended a workshop on ROBOTICS: DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION & OPERATIONS.
Grade 6 to 9 attended a workshop on DRONES: COMPONENTS and DESIGNING.
The Resource Person and School ATL Engineer Ms Vandana from Stemrobo used a powerful and engaging ppt and piloted the workshop by acquainting students with the basic structure and working of a drone. She also showcased some of the very early videos of mankind trying their hands at creating and making aircraft and drones. The workshop concluded with students being called for hands-on experience with drones. In Robotics workshop, she discussed the mechanics and the various sensors by which different parts of Robot works.
It was indeed an interactive and interesting sessions where young minds got a chance to get familiar with tools and equipment to understand what, how and why aspects of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
