0630 Roll 4x4min or grab a partner to drill
0650 Guard pass or situational king of the mat.
0705 Problem solving/questions
0710 Devotion, Coffee, Discussion, and Closing Prayer.
0730 Clean, Sweep, and Mop the mats
This is a high paced work out, please go at your own pace and protect your health as well as your training partner.
