Bit hard to believe but the UK there will be some warmer weather in early November as hot air powers its way to Britain.
Take advantage of this info as in the following weeks in Scotland it's going to snow followed on to this part of the country. I'm prepared for the different weather this month.

It was a good day out at Redcar 26th October not bad weather conditions. I’m hoping to go tomorrow weather permitting ( car boot sale )
Strange that there wasn’t many customers in one of the fish shops then they seemed to be a mad half hour at 2.30.
I need the bus route to be back from new Skelton to Redcar it’ll be ideal. Need to do a letter how important it is for us.

I'm thankful for what l have and if I think that way I might end up having more. I do think of many people who suffer needlessly the homeless , lonely , disabled , old age etc.
I have met these people sometimes had a meal with them and I desperately need someone to help them in these times.
I'm glad that I went out in the summer and joined in with the community I thank their kindness and information they had given me although I do reckon I need to listen to people that little bit more.
Definitely things are changing so we have to live with problem solving the remedies the different strategies and therapies instead of prescribed treatments off doctors especially psychiatrists.
We could live happily if we understand each other and I know we are achieving that theory rather well.
I wish you all a good Christmas with family and friends you all deserve the best in life. I will do best I can trying for a better mindset after that's achieved I will talk to people more better
