In the coming months, I will be releasing a series of videos on a novel series called Cradle by Will Wight. This series, which will soon be adapted into an anime, is akin to a battle shonen, but in novel format. It has become my all-time favorite, even surpassing Black Clover.
The protagonist, Lindon, begins as a powerless boy labeled Unsouled, unable to practice the Sacred Arts in a society where they are paramount. The twelve-book series chronicles his journey from this disadvantaged position to becoming a powerful warrior, eventually acquiring anti-magic abilities as well.
For fans of Black Clover who are looking for something new, I highly recommend the Cradle series. The first book is titled Unsouled. While there are audiobooks available on Audible, the most cost-effective way to read the series is through Kindle Unlimited. I was able to read all twelve books within two months of subscription, which cost me only $24. Additionally, I was able to read other books, making it an even better value.
