Tripp Parks, is a certified trainer through the ISSA in: Personal Training, Program-Based Genetic Testing, Nutritionist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Elite Trainer & CPR/AED certified. Fitness has been apart of my life since 12. Whether it was running a supplement shop/Genetic Testing/PT shop in Leesburg, VA.
After, I ended up trying out for the RPFL (The Rival Professional Football League) down in Atlanta, GA, & played as a free safety, slot receiver, & gunner for special teams. I learned so much from this experience whether it be leadership, team work, functional fitness, and much more.
Later on, I ended up moving to Denver, CO where I landed myself in the middle of the pandemic. I had trouble finding work, had a year of lack luster workouts, & felt depressed. This past year I decided to change that, & lean on the one thing I've had my entire life. Fitness. I started Tripp's Training to help people get overall healthy and fit. Using real, tried and true science.
