I can't believe this channel has reacher 2,000 subscribers! I know the last few weeks have been a little less consistent with Boston taking up a lot of my time and energy, but I am so grateful to everyone that comes onto this channel to complete a workout with me!

Excited to see where this channels goes for the rest of 2025 and after Boston (and a little recovery!) this channel will return to two brand new workouts every week!

Come and join me on this 30 minute Cardio HIIT workout, its been a while since I've dropped the weights and used the body for movement!

This workout has 15 exercises with 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest. There are 2 rounds of exercise!

We are already in the 2nd week of January and it feels like it is flying by! This workout will certainly also make you feel like you're flying with some fast moves and powerful jumps!
