Some seasons stay with you forever. For me, summer 2025 was about slow mornings by the sea, the laughter that makes you forget the world, and the rhythm of island life in Greece. Paros has always felt like a second home - where the days unfold effortlessly, stitched together by unforgettable moments.

This is my farewell to summer 2025, but not to the memories it gave us. A season of sunsets, Mediterranean flavors, and sharing every adventure with someone who makes the journey sweeter. Until next summer… 💛

Learning to embrace 40 has been a journey.
Turning 30 felt exciting - I became a more mature, confident, and self-aware version of myself, with better style and a stronger sense of who I was. But 40? That’s been different.

Yes, there are the small physical reminders - those stubborn pounds that refuse to leave no matter if you train for a marathon or dance on tables all night, the wrinkles you once swore you’d never “fix” but now find yourself reconsidering, and the random injuries that appear from doing… absolutely nothing. (Case in point: I pulled my hip swimming this morning. Swimming!)

But beyond that, there are the bigger, deeper shifts. At some point before 40, you realize your own mortality. You realize the people you love most aren’t eternal either. And that thought can bring a wave of sadness, but also a new fire inside you to live.

Not just for weekends, vacations, or some far-off retirement. But to truly live every day. To be present for the smallest moments: your morning coffee without a racing mind, a phone call to your mom that you’re grateful she still answers, a kiss goodnight to your partner because one day, it will be the last.

So yes - 40 still isn’t getting a five-star rating from me 😅. But it’s teaching me something I didn’t expect: to accept myself more fully, and to be grateful, truly grateful, for every single day.

Because if anything, this new decade is here to remind me: life is not forever, but presence is. ✨

For those of you who have crossed 40 already, did it feel different for you too?

🇫🇷Somewhere in Provence… and not a soul in sight.
Just these fiery cliffs, the sound of cicadas, and a quiet reminder of how vast and beautiful this world really is.
This is the Sentier des Ocres - a place that doesn’t get nearly enough love compared to the typical South of France stops. But wow… isn’t it a beauty?

This week on Stay Fabulous, I’m taking you beyond the postcard version of France - into the places that quietly steal your heart.

🎙️On Thursday, my new podcast drops: France Beyond Paris: The Breathtaking Places Americans Don’t Know About (But Should)

🎥 And Sunday’s travel guide is one of my favorites yet - Gordes, France… where fairytales and stone villages collide.

I can’t wait to share all of it with you.
In the meantime I would love to know: have you ever explored a part of France beyond the usual stops like Paris, Nice, or Cannes?

Back in my favorite city in the world - Rome 💛

This morning, I went on an early walk through the quiet streets… just me and the city. It was peaceful, golden, and full of that timeless Roman magic I never get tired of. I wanted to share a little bit of that beauty with you.

After my last podcast about summer travel in Italy, so many of you had questions, especially about what it’s really like to visit Rome in July and August. So this Sunday at 8AM EST, I’ll be going LIVE to answer your questions, share tips, and connect with you directly.

I’m so looking forward to it! Bring your coffee and let’s talk, from Rome 💛

Today I took a cooking class at a small hilltop farm in Ios, Greece 🇬🇷 where the same family has been making cheese by hand for over 100 years, and learned that Greeks only peel the thinnest layer of the onion 🧅- to preserve the nutrients and enhance the flavor.
It’s these kinds of subtle cultural details that make travel so enriching.

Have you ever encountered a tradition abroad that completely changed the way you think about or do something?

Please share with the community. I’d love to hear your story!

If you are visiting Rome, there is one street you absolutely shouldn’t miss - especially if you love a little movie 🎬 history and old-world charm.

Via Margutta was once the heart of Rome’s artist scene, with painters🎨, sculptors, and filmmakers living and working behind its ivy-draped façades. Even Federico Fellini, one of Italy’s most iconic directors, made this street his home.

And if you’ve ever seen Roman Holiday, you might recognize it - this is where Audrey Hepburn’s character stayed in the film.

Today, it remains one of Rome’s most beautiful streets, just steps from the Spanish Steps, yet hidden from the crowds.

Have you ever wandered down Via Margutta🌸? Or do you have a favorite hidden street in Rome? I’d love to hear!
