everything makes sense now. overshopping is a coping method
i have depression. this had occurred to me that shopping is a method to help me cope. i’m literally going shopping tomorrow. every time i have a inconvenience i online shop.
i understand it’s a bad habit but it’s my only way of coping i guess . any tips??
