Here's an example of her intentional pattern of signing checks without the clerk's signature... violating the law.

SGT. STORM and the Security Guard pictured below were at the Thornton Township Meeting last night. SGT. STORM was the "OFFICER" that carried Jedidiah out of the brawl. My FOIA request to South Holland Police Department was addressed, and their response was that the South Holland PD was not present at the time of the brawl. I posted the full response in a previous post.

So is SGT. STORM a police officer?
If so, what police department is he employed with?
Where is SGT. STORM body camera footage?
Can you all clarify his police badge?

SOUTH HOLLAND police sent me their response to my FOIA Request... So I need to know who this Police Officer is before I go ham on the South Holland PD about my request.
