Faith Cherotich 🇰🇪 explains main difference between her Olympic Games & World Championships preps👇🏾
▶️ The 20 year old won a bronze medal for Kenya in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games and also achieved the same feat in the 2023 World Athletics Championship s that was held in Budapest, Hungary.
▶️ Her words 🗣️ 👇🏾
"Preparing for the Olympics was better than preparing for Budapest. That’s because I was still in school during Budapest.
So going to school and having to balance athletics and education was so hard," Cherotich told Nation.
▶️ According to her, the school routine made her training more complex.
"In the morning, you have to wake up for training and then go to school.
After coming home in the evening, you have to train again. There wasn’t enough time," she added.
