Hope it's going well! I am feeling good and have slimmed down a lot.
Just released a new YouTube video about my 30 monkey bar progression! The best thing about this exercise is that is becomes easier the more weight you lose!
The results are very clear to see with money bars as I could physically do a lot more bars towards towards the end of my challenge.

Hi guys.
Just to let you know I haven't forgotten about my 8 month running every day video. I have finished editing it and it is ready to go.
However, my WiFi has been down for almost a week now. I am trying to fix it but it looks like I will be switching provider from Sky as I am getting tired of their bad service.
I will upload the video as soon as I can. Also I have edited the video better this month to make it shorter and more streamlined which should hopefully make it more enjoyable to watch.
