I've decided to create a private Facebook group where we can all gather, ask questions, share our projects and get inspiration.
I know a lot of you have done some of the tutorials but posting in other Facebook groups sometimes I don't get to see them. A lot of other Facebook groups have really come down on creators like myself because we aren't aloud to share links or promote ourselves so comments get deleted frequently π
I want to have a place where we can share works we've done, sell them(as long as it's within reason) , and be a nice respectful community of artists. Promoting your work if super important and makes you feel proud, why take that away.

Hi guys, in reference to the newest video I have out about making your own paints. I had a few requests on seeing how the dots look when dry. Some I had a tiny bit watery as you can see were more flat than others but overall stayed nice and plump. I'm uploading a few photos here for all of you to see using the magic ratio that I shared.
I found it humorous and didn't even realize that the ratios are 411. Those that live in the states here know it's the universal number for information. So I guess it's really quite relevant, isn't it? π Oh happy days ..
Hi friends! So I'm in the process of making a new tutorial and I had a few questions for my viewers.
I know sometimes the grocery list can grow when needing items to purchase for particular tutorials. Sometimes I feel it may discourage some beginners because they don't want to waste the money on buying products they will only use once.
I want to take a poll and see how many people would be interested in either
A. I can make mandala kits designed for that particular tutorial and sell it on Etsy. (They would include things like the paint needed, beads, MDF, stencils etc.) ** they would however exclude things like, dotting tools, rulers and brushes.
B. Or I can continue to just upload the links in the description and you buy the things you need.
I'm just getting a feel for what everybody would be interested in in the future. Are buying kits easier for you?? Are most of my viewers already at the point of having all of the supplies?.
I would really appreciate and love to hear all of your feedback. I have this channel catered for all of you to learn. Therefore, it's important that I hear everyone's comments, needs and wants.

I formulated Prints and Paints by Marcy by taking my most favorite two fine art mediums and morphing them together. I'm a passionate and professional landscape photographer. After years of taking images I started painting my landscapes on rocks and leaving them in the places I took the image. I then started painting more different styles when I couldn't get outside to photograph. Mandala dot painting came so easy to me, and I started to dive deep into the craft. I wanted to start a page where I could sell both my landscapes and my paintings. Etsy became my selling home and Prints and Paints was born.
I now have evolved into the next level. My Instagram which I consider my "portfolio' for landscapes has grew significantly, Facebook has created an entire community for my fellow mandala artists, and now I'm here YOUTUBE and wanting to share my ideas with you!
