Retha started investing in property at a young age and managed to acquire a small portfolio of properties, mainly focused on single-family homes. She started to pursue her property investment career full time in 2016. She grew her portfolio rapidly through acquiring multiple multi-family properties and developing a small townhouse complex in the first two years.
