A celebration of Catholic History, both in the United States and worldwide. I am a Church Historian with a doctorate from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. I am the author of four books on Church History: "Diocese of Immigrants: The Brooklyn Catholic Experience, 1853-2003" (2004); "A Catholic Cold War: Edmund A. Walsh, S.J., and the Politics of American Anticommunism" (2005); "The Tablet: The First Hundred Years" (2008); "New York Catholics: Faith, Attitude & the Works" (2014). I have also taught Church History at St. Joseph's Seminary, Yonkers, New York, and have written numerous articles on Church History. I have also appeared on television programs such as "Currents" and radio programs such as Sirius Catholic to discuss Church History.
