New machine added to the fleet ..

This is what i recently experimented... Its few 100kms run engine oil( 2 stroke motorcycle)with little bit of water in it, it was left for 2 weeks in this condition and you can see the result in picture..
* oil has become sticky
* due to chemical reaction ( unknown) it has got fibre like bonds formed in between , can be seen in empty vessel beside.
* notice the corrosive or etching process in the vessel , this is how it damages the engine components if left for prolonged periods.
##### Its raining everywhere, with flood like situations in many parts of South and West.
So always remember in case you bike gets flooded even for few days or many weeks. . Always do these few things after flood/ rescuing it.
*** Don't try start it immediatly
*** take it out open both the covers and clean all the components
*** replace the clutch plates and steel plates
*** wipe it clean
*** fill new oil and then only run it
*** Don't use that oil for prescribed miles..
Use it just few 200-300kms and then again replace the oils, take this as extra precautionary measure..
