Hey AT YouTube Fam! If you didn't already see, we just posted Shiva Farrokhi's smart and stylish apartment renovation. The tour unpacks her renovation project in Dumbo, Brooklyn, where she and her husband transformed an oddly designed studio into a spacious and sophisticated one bedroom.

Used furnishings aren't *always* the answer, but the reality is this trend of purchasing secondhand is not going away. With new home goods designed, produced, shipped, purchased and then discarded each season, the market will continue to be saturated with used items and that means shops like Etsy, FB Marketplace, Apt Deco will continue to be excellent resources for a wide variety of home goods (usually at discounted prices).
