I wrote a reply to user minifix's comment at ‪@richroll‬ 's channel under the following video:

The comment was removed by Rich Roll, so I am putting it here for my readers
---------- Comment Starts ----------
1. Here is the link cite.case.law/f3d/628/837/
Search for "National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of the United States v. National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of the United States, Inc., 628 F.3d 837 (2010) Nov. 23, 2010 • United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit • No. 08-2306 628 F.3d 837" I am not allowed to post the link.
2. That is correct. Baha'is aspire to build a Baha'i inspired NWO that would be ruled by the UHJ (9 male-only, infallible, divinely-inspired, supreme institution).
3. Baha'u'llah was a Babi and the Bab did not allowed his followers to keep more than 2 wives.
4. Some other "divine laws" that are meant for "a future state of society"
• Women can't be a part of the UHJ - It will be made clear in the future.
• Punishment for theft - "The punishments for theft are intended for a future condition of society" (Aqdas)
• Irrational punishment for adultery - "The imposition of this fine is intended for a future condition of society" (Aqdas)
• Punishment for arson and murder - "The details of the Bahá’í law of punishment for murder and arson, a law designed for a future state of society" (Aqdas)
5. This is what Abdul Baha, "the Mystery of God" says about Confucius : "Now it is not the time when we discuss concerning the stations and positions of those who are dead. We must concentrate our attention upon the present..." He could have stated clearly if he had ever known!
6. So, how is the Trinity compatible with the Baha'i faith? Baha'u'llah explicitly states : They (Christians and Muslims??) have rejected the bounty of God and His proofs and have repudiated the testimony of God and His signs. They have gone astray and have caused the people to go astray, yet perceive it not. They worship vain imaginings but know it not. They have taken idle fancies for their lords and have neglected God, yet understand not. They have abandoned the most great Ocean and are hastening towards the pool, but comprehend not. They follow their own idle fancies while turning aside from God, the Help in Peril, the Self-Subsisting. (Lawh-i-Ishraqat)
7. Read the point again. It was there in the 1970 publication but later it was removed. "Baha'u'llah and the New Era" is an officially recognized Baha'i book. Or I am wrong!!???
8. The Azalis claim that Baha'u'llah tried to poison Subh-i-Azal but he fell in the pit himself. This event is discussed in detail on the official Azali - Bayani website.
9. But Baha'is have killed many Azalis in the past! The names of a number of Azalis murdered by the Baha'is are given by Edward Browne in the Persian Introduction to Nuqtatul-Kaf, p. 42, and also in New History, pp. XXIII, XXIV, and J.R.A.S. July 1889, p. 517
10. Check the article "A Critical Examination of 20th-Century Baha'i Literature" by Vance Salisbury available at bahai-library website.
11. So didn't he excommunicate his brothers and their families and took away their properties? The Memoirs of Badi'u'llah, The memoirs of Shua'u'llah (edited by Eric Stetson), the familyofabdulbaha website, all have numerous stories to tell.
12. Abdul Baha praises the Baha'is in these words "One fruitful tree will be conducive to the life of society, whereas a thousand forests of wild trees offer no fruits. The plain is covered with pebbles, but precious stones are rare. One pearl is better than a thousand wildernesses of sand..." moreover, Baha'u'llah in the Epistle to the Son of the Wolf states "Man’s actions are acceptable after his having recognized (the Manifestation). He that turneth aside from the True One is indeed the most veiled amongst His creatures." The first verse of Kitab-i-Aqdas states : "The first duty prescribed by God for His servants is the recognition of Him Who is the Dayspring of His Revelation and the Fountain of His laws, Who representeth the Godhead in both the Kingdom of His Cause and the world of creation. Whoso achieveth this duty hath attained unto all good; *and whoso is deprived thereof hath gone astray, though he be the author of every righteous deed.* It behoveth every one who reacheth this most sublime station, this summit of transcendent glory, to observe every ordinance of Him Who is the Desire of the world. These twin duties are inseparable. Neither is acceptable without the other. Thus hath it been decreed by Him Who is the Source of Divine inspiration."
13. That is a wrong assumption not supported by the writings. The continuation of Guardianship was totally expected until the passing of Shoghi Effendi. In the book 'World Order of Baha'u'llah', Shoghi Effendi wrote about "the deeds of its present and future Guardians" and that "Divorced from the institution of the Guardianship the World Order of Bahá’u’lláh would be mutilated...". He also commented about the many Guardians in the future as reported in Isobel Sabri's Pilgrims notes. The inscription on his casket, as described by Ruhiyyh Khanum, says: Shoghi Effendi - The First Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith. Thus, the absurd ending of the Guardianship only came up after Effendi's death.
14. Besides the mainstream Baha'i faith, THERE ARE other Baha'i sects / splinter groups OR NO, tell me??
15. Women are not allowed to become the members of the UHJ but Baha'u'llah said something else!!! Baha’u’llah declares the absolute equality of the sexes... Why should woman be deprived of exercising the fullest opportunities offered by life? Whosoever serves humanity most is nearest God — for God is no respecter of gender. (Abdu’l-Baha, Divine Philosophy, pp. 82-83) What an apparent contradiction!!
16. What is your source? And what about the "policy that has been strictly followed since the days of Bahá'u'lláh"? What was that policy or agreement? Who was the second party in the agreement?
17. _"certainly did not splurge Baha'i funds on his own comfort."_ This is absolutely incorrect. On September 14, 1932, a letter was addressed to Adelbert Mühlschlegel "regarding [his] question on the subject of holding the usual festivals during this year when we are mourning the loss of the Greatest Holy Leaf," who had passed away on July 15, 1932. *The letter notes that "Shoghi Effendi has not yet returned from his summer vacations," as he would leave Haifa for months at a time for rest and relaxation in the Swiss Alps.*
18. _"It would be strange indeed to keep such a one buried in soil Baha'is consider holy."_ This was the ideology of the fanatics of ISIS and they did similar things to the graves of some of their opponents. Former Baha'i, Prof. Juan Cole, has correctly compared the Baha'i faith to Al-Qaeda. His article is available on by blog to read.
19. In India Baha'is are persecuted??? Baha'is claim different figures from 1.8 to 2.2 million but 3 different government censuses (1991, 2001 and 2011) reports the figures of around 10 thousand Baha'is. There should be a limit of telling lies and exaggeration!!
20. Tell me the name of only one person who was not elected from the ITC in the past 3 elections.
21. I am talking about the following Baha'i scholars who left the Baha'i faith during the same period for similar reasons, Denis MacEoin, Juan Cole, Frederick Glaysher, William Garlington, Karen Bacquet, Jenifer Tidwell, Eric Stetson, Dr. Phyllis Bernard, Steven Scholl... among many others.
22. Baha'u'llah says *"The Sender of the Messengers and the Revealer of the Books is Our station."* (Stories of Baha'u'llah, Compiled by Ali-Akbar Furutan, George Ronald, Oxford, 1986, pp. 74–5)
My questions were serious, not rhetorical. All the best to you.

Why did 'Abdu'l-Baha had such a low opinion of Africa and Africans?
It is interesting that Africa is the only place the Faith is really succeeding in light of 'Abdu'l-Baha's extremely disparaging comments about Africa. Even most people who have left the Faith like myself do not seem to really ever comment on the fact 'Abdu'l-Baha's comments are really quite shocking.
