The Morelli Pasta Factory was founded in 1860, it is a family-run enterprise, the fifth generation of the Morelli family, continues to run the company today preserving its traditions.
To this day, we offer a vast range of authentic specialty pastas, using ancient craft techniques. All pastas are 100% Italian, and are handmade in small batches using our traditional family recipe.
Our Products are unique, as we use an ingredient that is not found in most common pastas, the wheat germ. The heart of the grain itself, contains a high value of vitamins (particularly A, D, E) as well as vegetable protein. Thanks to the craft workmanship methods used by Morelli, we are able to reincorporated the wheat germ into the flour we use to make the pasta. As our slogan says, “Our pasta is something else.”
