WurlD, born âSadiq Onifadeâ is a singer-songwriter of Nigerian heritage. He began his career writing songs for artists such as BOB, Trinidad James, Akon, Mario, and many more. In 2012, WurlD released his first single âBeyond Our Dreamsâ, lead single off his debut EP, âEvolutionâ which was later released in 2013. In 2016, WurlD collaborated with Shizzi & Walshy Fire of Major Lazer to deliver the Afro pop hit âShow You Offâ. While support & coverage on popular platforms such as; Vice, OkayAfrica, E! Online & MTVBase to mention a few quickly brought WurlD to mainstream attention, his unique style & eclectic sound has garnered him a dedicated & loyal fan base. In 2019, he released âLove Is Contagiousâ EP, which features singles like âShow You Offâ, âParanoidâ & âContagiousâ. He co-wrote the hit song âBlow My Mindâ by Davido ft Chris Brown.
