Authentic Chettinad Cuisine . Chettinad is a region of Tamil Nadu State in South India where i was born . The dishes are made with freshly ground masalas, i.e a mix of various spices like star anise, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, chillies, pepper, cumin, fennel, fenugreek, asafoetida, tamarind, etc. I will also include dishes from my present country, Malaysia, which has a unique blend of 3 cultures - Malay, Chinese and Indian . So the recipes will also include Malaysian favourites with a Chettinad twist. Also I will show, how I grind my masalas fresh using an electric blender effortlessly.
