People need to wake up speak out and reach out concerning these issues.Sub-humans that participate in acts of cruelty more than likely treat their family the same. Anyone that witnesses this behavior must step in immediately DO NOT LEAVE!Later document the abuse with your area shelter, law enforcement and Humane Society and do the follow-ups.To animals you have immense power do something with it for the good and show who's boss.I'd go to jail for it wouldn't be the first time.Animal cruelty, homeless issues,pet rescue. PETA,
