Itâs that time of year I get to finally start sharing all of our hard work from the Proven Winners project we created for their 2025 Idea Book!

Iâll start dripping some of the beauty throughout these next few weeks. I hope to bring you some new fresh ideas and inspiration.
This picture is of our girls and their cousin, and it was taken during the Proven Winners photo shoot for the Idea Book. The girls had fun making the easiest type of flower arrangements for kids. Iâve been doing this for decades, bc it creates a natural, romantic centerpiece.
Just add water to a large dish or bowl of your choice. I like to dye the water a Caribbean Blue with food dye. Mix a couple drops blue and one drop green. Let the kids have fun cutting flowers from the garden.
We know kids donât always cut the stems long enough for traditional bouquets, so for this arrangement, thatâs perfect!
We just set the flowers in the water so they float, and then just add some candles. I will switch it up and add different types of candles, but in this picture, these are just tealights. You can do floating candles or different height candles. This is where you can use your own creativity to make this floral arrangement your own. Itâs one that kids can be involved with and be creative with as well.
Our favorite flowers to display during the Summer were the NEW Virtuoso collection of Pot Dahlias from @provenwinners
They were so bushy, and they constantly bloomed! Iâll be sharing more posts on these flowers. Theyâre a must have in your cut flower garden, or to mix into a beautiful container garden recipe.

It's been almost a year with Luna. We worked very hard to get her health and behavior to where it needed to be. The girls wanted to share their first time riding her. We didn't have everything we needed for the saddle yet, but the girls couldn't wait, and to be honest, neither could we! So we made sure to be very careful. Jason and I both helped the girls on their first ride on Luna. They've become so confident in riding since taking horse riding lessons. If you have or know any kids that would love these kinds of videos, please share this with them. We are super excited to finally be able to share this project that we created for Proven Winners, âThe Gardenerâs Idea Book 2024! We created a video that follows this project from start to finish. It includes varieties, planting, watering, maintenance, favorite varieties, and what it grows into! This video will be available soon, in the next day or so. Just have to upload it! It was so hard to keep this area private last year. Itâs one of my favorite areas to sit and relax in before I get my work day started in the garden. Everyday iâd look at it and imagine the day I get to share it with all of you!
