Fight PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety by getting your BUTT on your Mountain Bike!
My name is Tony Carletello, I'm a mental health professional/clinician. We address subjects such as depression, anxiety, and various mental health disorders and how mountain biking can be an essential tool for managing mental illness. Im personally developing a mental health treatment model that incorporates mountain biking to reduce the symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. The goal is to one day start a private practice (NON PROFIT) using Mountain biking as a tool to address various mental health needs.
