I just wanted to share my upcoming travel plans with you so you can stay tuned for new content that I hope youโll love! ๐โ๏ธ
Iโve recently upgraded a lot of my camera and sound gear to enhance the quality of my videos. ๐ฅ๐๏ธ Iโm still learning, and with your support, Iโm excited to improve each time I post something new. ๐โจ
Hereโs whatโs coming up on my next journey:
๐ธ๐ฌ Starting from Singapore, Iโll head to Muscat ๐ด๐ฒ for two days, then travel to Cairo ๐ช๐ฌ for about five days. From there, Iโll make my way to Casablanca and Marrakesh ๐ฒ๐ฆ for around four days, followed by a stop in Tunis ๐น๐ณ for 2-3 days. Then, itโs back to Cairo, where we spend another four days exploring. My last leg will take me to Bahrain ๐ง๐ญ for two days before returning to Singapore ๐ก in time for the Christmas break. ๐โจ
And to make things even more festive, Iโll be filming the amazing Christmas lights on Orchard Road to share with you all! ๐

Emirates Extends Immersive Virtual Training Platform MIRA to Cabin Crew SEP Training
In an intelligent move, Emirates is extending its immersive virtual training platform, MIRA, to the airline's top priorityโ safety. Emirates' nearly 23,000 cabin crew members, a rapidly growing number responsible for protecting millions of travellers annually, will soon be able to complete their recurrent SEP (Safety & Emergency Procedures) training on MIRA.
The self-guided virtual training is designed to meet the requirements of the GCAA and other regulatory bodies, maintaining the integrity and quality of Emirates' exceptional training programs.
MIRA's platform features photorealistic, high-fidelity, fully modelled cabin interiors of the Airbus A380, Boeing 777, and Airbus A350 aircraft, along with emergency slides, tarmacs, airbridges, and various water and land views. Supported by hyper-realistic audio and images, the training includes multiplayer scenarios, with avatars simulating backup crew members, ensuring that standard operating procedures are accurately replicated.
Although Emirates' cabin crew are renowned for offering signature service, their core responsibility is onboard safety. SEP training on MIRA is designed to complement current methods, starting with two modules: aircraft door operations and firefightingโcritical aspects of onboard safety.
Handling aircraft doors demands hands-on skills, as improper operations could inflate emergency slides, risking damage or injury. To address this, the cabin crew will undergo annual SEP training. Soon, they will practice these door drills virtually to demonstrate competency in standard and emergency door operations.
Firefighting is another crucial competency. MIRA will offer scenarios involving fires in ovens, overhead lockers, and toilets. Crew members will demonstrate skills using a fully modelled fire extinguisher with realistic smoke, flames, and extinguishing effects.
Capt. Bader Al Marzooqi, Senior Vice President of Flight Training, stated: "At Emirates, we're preparing our crew for the airline's next era of growth and expansion by integrating the latest innovations with our leadership in training. With our ambitious growth roadmap โ 315 aircraft on order and a cabin crew of 30,000 by 2030 โ effective SEP training is a must. MIRA allows us to scale training rapidly to meet business demands. This bold, strategic move has shaped our training ethos for the future."
The recurrent SEP training on MIRA offers numerous benefits for Emirates' crew, training team, and customer experience. Emirates is also building on its existing platform, optimizing assets for a holistic employee training experience.
The 3D modules, utilizing virtual reality headsets, operate in three modes: Teach, Practice, and Assessment. Around 8-10 cabin crew members can be trained and assessed simultaneously. Trainers can rely on various metrics to fine-tune programs.
A 2D version accessible on mobile devices, laptops, and desktops ensures crew can refresh their knowledge anywhere and anytime, significantly reducing ecological impact and costs.
MIRA training allows the recreation of complex or dangerous situations in a safe environment, enabling crew to practice worst-case scenarios and build competence and confidence in handling onboard emergencies. The platform also provides new recruits with the opportunity to learn in a repeated, engaging manner.
In 2023, Emirates introduced MIRA, a futuristic platform transforming the Emirates Group's employee experiences. The platform includes 3D virtual hubs, virtual training, gamified environments, and simulated experiences, leading innovation in the aviation industry.
