Hey everyone! The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport just got a big upgrade. Ford has made this small SUV even better with new tech, some design changes, and improved off-roading features. There's also a new Sasquatch Edition for some models, making it even more ready for adventure while still being great for city driving.
What's New in the 2025 Bronco Sport? The 2025 Bronco Sport has a fresh new look, especially with its bumpers. They’re more aggressive and now have spots where you can easily add accessories. Some models also get extra tie-downs and strong recovery hooks. Plus, Ford has changed up the wheel designs for some versions.
Performance and Engine Options The Bronco Sport still has the same engines as before. You can choose between a 1.5-liter engine with 181 horsepower or a 2.0-liter engine with 250 horsepower. Both come with an eight-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. The Sasquatch package, available on certain models, makes the Bronco Sport even better for off-roading with special tires, upgraded shocks, and extra protection underneath.
Inside the 2025 Bronco Sport The Bronco Sport’s interior is spacious and comfortable. For 2025, the biggest change is the new 13.2-inch touchscreen with Ford’s latest SYNC 4 software, which is easy to use. The old analog instrument cluster has been replaced with a 12.3-inch digital display. Ford has also added more safety features, including adaptive cruise control, lane-centering, and reverse automatic emergency braking.
The 2025 Bronco Sport models will be available in showrooms by November 2024, with the Sasquatch Edition coming early next year. Pricing details haven’t been released yet, but expect to pay around $41,000 for the Outer Banks and $45,000 for the Badlands.

Introducing the AT4 Ultimate: Elevating Off-Road Luxury
The AT4 Ultimate trim, currently exclusive to the 2025 Yukon, marks the 5th anniversary of GMC’s off-road-focused AT4 sub-brand. While full details about this trim are yet to be disclosed, GMC has confirmed that it will feature key enhancements such as:
- Front skid plate and 20-inch wheels with all-terrain tires
- Four-corner Air Ride Adaptive Suspension, capable of raising the vehicle up to 2 inches for improved ground clearance
- A luxurious Obsidian Rush interior with three rows of full-grain leather seating and Ash Burl wood accents
- Unique leather seating styles, open-pore wood décor, and a leather-rimmed steering wheel
- Standard 6.2L V8 engine, with an optional 3.0L I6 Duramax turbodiesel
Some features of the AT4 Ultimate, such as the front skid plate and 20-inch wheels, are already present in the current AT4 trim. However, the AT4 Ultimate will offer a more refined cabin experience, echoing the luxury found in the Denali Ultimate trim.
Expanding the Yukon’s Appeal
For the 2025 model year, GMC is enhancing the Yukon’s appeal by offering more luxurious and capable trims. The AT4 Ultimate further solidifies GMC’s commitment to providing customers with premium off-road vehicles, building on the success of the AT4 and Denali sub-brands, which now account for over half of the brand’s sales.
The 2024 GMC Yukon AT4 was available with optional Premium and Premium Plus Packages, which included features like HD Surround Vision, Head-Up Display, Rear Pedestrian Alert, and a Panoramic Power Sunroof. It is expected that these features will be standard in the 2025 AT4 Ultimate.
Innovative Features and Advanced Technology
The 2025 Yukon also benefits from a range of new and updated features as part of its mid-cycle refresh. These include updated exterior styling, a redesigned cockpit featuring the new 16.8-inch diagonal Premium GMC Infotainment Center, and advanced safety technologies like Front Pedestrian and Bicyclist Braking, Rear Cross Traffic Braking, and Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking.
The AT4 Ultimate trim will be powered by the standard 6.2L V8 L87 gasoline engine, delivering 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque, with the option to upgrade to the 3.0L I6 LZ0 Duramax turbodiesel, which produces 305 horsepower and 495 pound-feet of torque.
Production and Availability
The 2025 GMC Yukon, underpinned by GM’s T1 platform, will be produced at GM’s Arlington plant in Texas. All trim levels, including the new AT4 Ultimate, are scheduled to arrive in dealerships in late 2024. Further details will be revealed as production approaches.
