Abu Dhabi left us in awe. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is simply breathtaking, with its white marble and intricate detailsâitâs like stepping into a work of art. đ⨠The Royal Palace is just as impressive, showcasing the grandeur and elegance youâd expect from such a place. Fun little note: even the restrooms in the Royal Palace are gorgeous! đťđ
It has been named the safest city in the world. While it feels a bit less open compared to Dubai, itâs definitely opening up to tourism more and more in recent years. Theyâre also building hundreds of houses on one of the islands the city is built on, showcasing the UAEâs ambitious vision for the future.

The Dubai desert may not be as stunning as Namibiaâs, but if itâs your first time in a desert, itâs definitely worth the experience! đľâ¨ From sandboarding to stargazing, and even dinner under the stars, thereâs plenty to do. Itâs a different kind of adventure that shows off another side of Dubai.

Dubai is a city like no other. We fell in love with its incredible multicultural vibeâitâs not what you'd expect from an Islamic country. The safety here is mind-blowing, and the favorable tax regime is just another reason people flock here. Whatâs really crazy is the sheer number of buildings going upâit feels like the city is constantly reinventing itself. Their vision for the future is bold, and you can feel it in every corner. đâ¨
And of course, the Burj Khalifa stands tall as a symbol of everything Dubai representsâambition, progress, and pushing limits. Itâs wild to think that just 20 years ago, this place was basically a desert. Now? It's a bustling metropolis! Oh, and the food? Diverse and delicious. đ˝ď¸
That said, there are some downsidesâcost of living is high, itâs hard to get around on foot outside of Dubai Marina, and the summer is extremely hot and humid. But despite these, Dubaiâs still one of the most fascinating places we we have explored!

Edinburgh has totally won us over. From soaking in the views at Calton Hill to wandering the Royal Mile and getting lost in the colors of Victoria Street, every corner had its own charm. Dean Village was like stepping into a peaceful little world all its own. Honestly, we loved the vibe here and already canât wait to come back! đ´đ°
Quick tip: Flights can be pricey and not always direct, but a 4-hour train from London Kingâs Cross takes you through beautiful countryside and drops you right in the city's heart.
