After winning India's Miss TGPC Season 5 in 2018 and becoming a Femina Miss India state winner, Nikita launched a YouTube channel-the first and largest platform empowering young women aspiring to win beauty pageants. With nearly 400 videos and over 3 million views, her channel offers invaluable resources for newcomers.
Nikita's influence spans internationally, coaching clients from Nigeria, Japan, Canada, the UK, and the USA. As the only pageant coach in India with a free educational channel, her innovative approach and global reach have solidified her as a true disruptor in the industry.

I'm elated to announce that I am one of the winners of the Pageantry Disruptor Award , sharing it with only 10 other trailblazers in the country. When the nominations were opened by TGPC - the biggest pageant media house in the country, I felt like this title was mine already. BUT , at the same time, a small voice in my head said - "Really ? What makes you think so ?" .
As someone with consistent imposter syndrome , self-nominating always seemed inappropriate. But when I reflected on my journey so far, I felt I had to take the shot not whether I deserved it or not but because it's what I advocate for.
When submitting my application, I added in comments - "I am self-nominating myself because this is exactly what I would want any of my viewers or students to do if they could. As women, we hold back, get uncomfortable accepting compliments and it's often because we have no role model to look up to who did otherwise. I may not impact the world but I can impact this specific issue by adding to the women who normalise endless ambition in women. Cultivating a dream-big mindset in women is what I aspire to do and this is one step towards that. "
This title reminds me to take that chance whenever you can and establishes why pageantry is still relevant in a world that mocks it. If it wasn't for pageantry, I would probably still be the underconfident girl who couldn't make eye contact with people and would be terrified to even voice the fact that her dreams weren't what was expected of her.
PS: The last picture is from 2012 , my first pageant title I guess. Miss Etiquette and I think I also won Miss Farewell - so long ago that the memories are blurred.
