Hello everyone!
I will be going on a social media hiatus. I do not think I have been without any form of social media for my adult life. I am looking forward to a recharge. I am not sure what this means for my Youtube channel yet. I may still upload but I do not know if it will be on a regular basis. I might also do a bunch of videos that I let run through a queue.

I apologize for the delay but fate doesn't want me to put out my Lechuza pon review video today. I recorded it yesterday and when I went to edit it was unusable because my hair kept scratching the mic. Today I recorded it again only to have the files corrupted and I need to format my memory card (erase all footage) to record again. I have to wait for my camera to charge and hopefully I can try again and FINALLY get you this video. You can likely expect it sometime tomorrow.

Coming back!
August 19th will be my official coming back to YouTube on a regular schedule. We are going to hit the ground running with a houseplant tour and I have a lot of video ideas in the works.
I apologize for being away but I needed time to think about things and what I want my channel to be. I promise to be more responsive going forward and thank you all for your support!
In the meantime, I have created a website. I do have a “Journal” section on there if you want to follow and see any planty updates. I also have a small shop now but please don’t feel obligated to buy from it. I’m truly just excited to have my own space to have content posted.

Hello everyone!
I hope you are all staying safe in this uncertain time. I have recorded my video for Wednesday but will not be posting future videos for a few weeks or more. I mention my break in the video but I do not go into detail so I thought it was important I say something now. I feel like it is important that we focus on the injustices happening right now in the world and it feels like posting plant content is not appropriate. Please stay safe and lookup how you can help your community. Between this pandemic and these protests it is a scary time and I wish you all safety in your fight. ❤️

My insanely long houseplant tour will be in 4K. But it seems my computer has been having extremely long issues with rendering such video since last night. I’ve woken up at 3am and now 4:30am to check how it is doing. The export is still not complete. I may wait until Thursday morning to upload the video just because I’m not sure if it will be done before I leave to work.
Additionally, it will only be a singular video as the votes came to 57 (1 video) to 37 (2 videos). This video will be 1.5 hours. Yes. So. Long. I’m so sorry 😅 I think I need to think of a better solution for the next one unless you all actually enjoy the length. I won’t be offended if you skip parts. 🤣
The length really stems from me trying to get really nice shots of my plants for you all. I think I will just have to do separate collection videos in the future (Anthurium, Philodendron, etc.). I’m a little scared I have made it too long for you all. 😱
Now...I am going to try to sleep like Phil in this photo. He is so passed out. I’m jealous.

I am currently editing my houseplant tour and have realized it has become very long. I think by the end it will be longer than an hour. So I pose a question...
Would you prefer a very long houseplant tour or two not as long but still long videos?
I’m fine either way. If two is preferred I will release the first on Wednesday and the second on Friday.

Hello everyone!
I hope you are having a fantastic Friday!
I just wanted to let you know that I will be putting out a simplified Anthurium Care Guide without all the extra explanations. While many have expressed liking the scientific approach there were some who asked for something more simple, which I completely agree with.
I will also add some additional bits of information that I did not include in the original for those who would like to know more. This will probably be after my houseplant tour. Also, I do have a new mic so it should making hearing me better than the last guide. I apologize to those who have had issues with it.
Additionally, if there was something you thought should be talked about in the video please let me know below. I will make additional videos for things like propagation, etc. But if you feel there is some basic care need to go over please feel free to share. 🤗
My houseplant tour will be out December 11th and the Simplified Anthurium Care Video will be December 18th.
