Let me say, being plant-based is fun!
The misconceptions about being plant-based are absolutely ridiculous. We are not boring rabbit-food eating people :D Like I tell the peeps around me, "Anything you can eat, I can too. It just so happens my recipe is probably better for you." ;-)
On this channel, we will explore many different foods from burgers to lasagnas...from cakes to ice creams...from disgusting to delicious! Everything eaten on this channel will either be completely plant-based or at least vegetarian. But for the most part, let's stick to vegan!
I am taking the time and money to try out different foods, from store bought snacks/meals to Youtube Channel recipes to help you skip the process of buying something and regretting it.
So as I live and breathe, embrace my philosophy: Cuz It’s Veggies, I gotta eat it!
