Once upon a time, a young boy named Cyrus Ausar (Ah-Sar) went on a journey to find "Cyrus." At 13, he developed his first program at the Boys and Girls Club by having his friends read with him to 1st graders.
Twenty-plus years of field experience later, Cyrus became an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and Depression and Suicide Prevention Expert. He raised over six million dollars for non-profit organizations. He is the youngest recipient of the United Way's Emerging Philanthropy Award, the Daymond Mumford Humanitarian Award, and the Canton Chamber of Commerce 20 Under 40 Award. In addition, he's authored three books and two workbooks. To honor his mental health awareness efforts, "Cyrus Ausar Day" is now an official holiday in Massillon, Ohio, on Nov. 10th.
Cyrus founded (Greatness Cafe), an Award-Winning Mental Health Cafe, and (Grow), a Mental Health & Wellness Center that provides his community with essential resources.
