Update: The month of August is usually the slowest month for ACE as most of you have other things on your mind than track. So, I'm going to take the opportunity to focus my attention on finishing my ACE Track & Field System and won't be putting out much content this month. I'll be back in September with all new track videos to help everyone get ready for their next season!
