Marissa Rose is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist in the rock/pop genre from San Diego, California. Her first EP "Hero" was released to worldwide distribution in February 2014. She has performed in a variety of venues including the House of Blues, The San Diego County Fair, and the world famous Whisky-a-Go-Go located in Hollywood. Marissa's debut album is scheduled to be released in the summer of 2015. Marissa is lucky to work with amazing artists such as Tim Staump (drums), Dan Scott (bass), Wes Haskell (guitar/keyboard), Jon Schriener (lead guitar), Rachel Bradford (guitar/backup vocals), and Natalia Goldstein. Marissa Rose is a music teacher at Staump Music School, where she has taught a variety of instruments such as voice, piano, guitar, and drums for the last four years, as well as being the director of the East County Youth Choir.
