Current pad: Zowie G-TF Speed Edition - Great glide, lasts forever.
Former pads (in order from best to worst):
QPAD FX - Great glide, cheap as dirt, lasts about 3 months, huge (comes in variety of sizes, largest of which is a full meter).
Artisan Hayate - Amazing glide, expensive, needs import, lasts 3 months.
Zowie G-TF SpawN - Great glide, lasts forever, ruined it with hot water.
QPAD HeatoN - Amazing glide, wears out mouse skates fast.
Artisan Raiden - Amazing glide, good mice don't track well on it.
Razer Goliathus Speed Edition - Decent glide, bad control. Hard to switch direction/stop your mouse where you want it to stop.
SteelSeries QcK Heavy - Same as Goliathus, bit worse glide.
