I started dancing in my mid-20s and was terrible at it. Fell in class, couldn’t pick up choreo — but I was too inspired to quit. Years later, I became a dance fitness instructor, choreographer & performer. Then came injury, menopause, and weight gain — and I had to fight my way back again.
This channel is for people like me — strong, creative, and often underserved as we age. We’re still here, still growing, ready to move, and want to be fit!
