Hi Friends! Today at 1PM EST I will be posting a bit of a different video marking the start of my fitness journey series, it will be a Gymshark haul where I show you all the clothes that I got to help me feel confident while on my fitness journey. I hope it also shows that you don't have to be certain size or have a certain body shape to wear these clothes, they are for everyone especially those like me wanting to start taking charge of their physical health. Hi friends! I hope you are all well and having a great start to the new year. I have some fun videos coming up and will be back to regular uploads (depending on my school schedule which has been very hectic the past two weeks). I had to catch up on some exams that I missed in December due to the biopsy so I apologize that I haven't posted. But I am now officially finished the first semester of naturopathic medical school!! I can't wait to bring you along this semester. I also have some exciting goals for this year which I will be sharing with you in an upcoming video. Thank you again for all your support!! I do have a question for you, going forward which day of upload would you prefer? (May not be the next video but I will keep in mind moving forward)
