Dont beat yourself up for having a down moment or questioning things. You're battling many old negative thoughts and old programming. You could have had a past traumatic experiences that are still hard to deal with, so it may take time, but don't beat yourself up. Keep pushing and be gentle with yourself. The important thing is, when you fall off the horse, you get back up. ....keep loving yourself. Choosing yourself...keep persisting...you deserve happiness💚

Sometimes our nervous system reacts with fear to feelings that should be naturally joyful like happiness, love, and enjoyment. If we have experienced disappointment in the past, our system can interpret these positive emotions as a potential threat. This is why when we start to feel happy we may instinctively feel unsafe or anxious because our body is reacting to a familiar pattern of emotional protection.

By intentionally repeating affirmations such as It is safe for me to be loved or It is safe for me to feel happiness we communicate to our nervous system that these positive emotions are safe. Over time this helps the body and mind learn to accept joy and love as natural, familiar, and healthy experiences, allowing us to fully embrace feelings we may have once perceived as threatening. watch video on watch page

In psychology, many therapists use techniques known as mental conditioning or priming. These methods involve visualizing a desired outcome repeatedly until the nervous system becomes familiar with it. Over time, this conditioning helps translate those visualizations into real-life experiences.

From a spiritual perspective, this practice is very similar to manifestation. By clearly envisioning the outcome we want, we train our mind and energy to align with that reality, making it more likely to appear in our lives. Visualization is not just daydreaming...it’s a purposeful tool.

Never chase anyone, no matter how much you love them. Love yourself enough to know you're worth the chase 💞

Tip:
Whenever a negative or contradicting thought arises, gently bring your mind back to awareness. Tell yourself: ‘This thought is not helpful or beneficial to me, so I release it now. Then shift your focus back to what you know to be true. 💞

Don’t feel guilty for wanting/desiring love. You are allowed to desire someone, and you are allowed to receive love. Don’t let anyone make you believe that you must be alone or that it’s only about self-love. Yes, you should always love yourself first, but it’s also perfectly okay to love another and allow them to love you in return. People often forget that we are human and with that comes the natural, beautiful desire for connection and intimacy.
