I made a free software tool: HelixPeek. Have you ever taken a heritage DNA test with Ancestry? If so, you can download your raw DNA data from their site. I’ve created a program that analyzes this data locally on your own computer (so there’s no need to upload anything). It tells you more about your traits, health risks, and genetic tendencies. I found out I might naturally be left-handed, which explains a lot, I do many things with my left hand, except writing. The program is free to download at www.HelixPeek.com/.

We made a Roku app that helps you to improve sleep (soon available). Do you have a Roku TV? (People outside of the US and Mexico probably don't even know what it is).

As far as I know, no one has posted anything in Squirrel Monkey's Community yet except for us. Where are all those people who sometimes comment "first" under my videos? You could be the one to make the first community post in Squirrel Monkey's Community! ;)

If I understand it correctly, you can now start topics and have discussions on my channel... oooonline.

The first version of the off-line Wikipedia (Windows) is available as a ZIP file. Let me know if it works on your computer and I'll credit you as a software tester list on Archive.org.

I also made a CD-ROM booklet and tried to offer an ISO file, but unfortunately it just doesn’t fit on a CD-ROM because the more than 250,000 files need to be indexed, which makes the CD-ROM quite a bit larger than 700 megabytes.

If there are any Apple or Linux users who would like to convert it into a version for Apple or Linux, let me know. I’ll upload your version to Archive.org as well. It’s probably not too difficult, just install QB64 and then ā€œcompileā€ it.

Our followers sometimes ask if the vintage-style software shown in our videos actually works. The answer is: no, the programs are real, but they don't do anything, they are just props for the videos.

However, we’ll soon be sharing a download link to a fully working offline only text version of Wikipedia. The program already works, though it still has some bugs to iron out. Since the full Wikipedia database is several gigabytes in size, we opted to use Simple Wikipedia instead, it’s smaller and more streamlined.

The project is coded in QB64 and Python. QB64 users on macOS or Linux, if you’d like to help, we’d love to make a version for your platform.

Over the years, our YouTube audience has gone through an interesting evolution.
When we first started this channel, only 16.4% of our viewers were female, and 83.6% were male.
Each year, the number of female viewers has increased, and now it’s almost 50-50 (47.3% of our viewers are now female).
Our channel has always been most popular with viewers aged 25 to 35, but the number of viewers aged 18 to 24 has halved. About 15% of our viewers are 45 or older. Around 4% are younger than 18.

The countries where our videos are watched the most (top 20) are:
United States, Philippines, Brazil, Indonesia, United Kingdom, Russia, Canada, Vietnam, Malaysia, Mexico, India, Australia, Poland, Argentina, Thailand, Türkiye, Germany, Chile, Romania, Italy, Ukraine, Peru, Spain, and the Netherlands.

In 2013, the most popular operating systems for watching our videos were Windows, Android, and iOS.
Now, Android is #1, iOS is #2, and only 10% of viewers still watch on Windows.

Do you see yourself in these demographics?
